Shopee sellers need different evidence for different decisions: their own shop reports for sales performance, marketplace research for competitor observations, and website analytics for activity on a site they control. These sources are not interchangeable. A competitor estimate is not an order record, and a click from your website to Shopee is not a confirmed purchase.
This guide reviews seven tools from our original May 5, 2025 article, with product claims checked on October 1, 2026. It explains their roles, the evidence available from their publishers, and what to verify before connecting an account or paying. This is a source review, not a hands-on accuracy benchmark or a recommendation to install all seven tools.
Why Shopee Analytics Tools Matter for SEA Sellers?
Start with a decision you need to make, then identify the data that could support it. Depending on access and the tool’s supported features, analytics can help you:

- Track shop performance: Compare sales, visitors and conversion using the definitions and date range in your own shop reports. Keep cancelled orders, refunds and fees separate from gross sales.
- Evaluate product listings: Compare traffic and orders before and after a clearly recorded change. A higher ranking or sales result is not guaranteed by adding keywords.
- Understand available buyer signals: Use only the aggregate or authorized customer information actually provided by your account. Do not assume a research tool exposes a competitor’s customer demographics or checkout abandonment.
- Research competitors: Compare observable prices, listings and promotions. Label estimated sales and revenue as estimates, with their coverage and observation dates.
- Review operations: Evaluate supported inventory or order workflows separately from reporting. Confirm permissions, error handling and reconciliation before enabling automatic changes.
A small single-shop operation may be well served by native reports and a spreadsheet. Add a paid tool only when it answers a recurring question or reduces a measured operational problem that your existing workflow cannot handle.

Seven Tools: Current Capabilities and Limits
1. Shopee Seller Center
Overview: Shopee Seller Center is the starting point for understanding your own shop. Shopee’s Malaysia Business Insights training guide illustrates product, sales, marketing and chat reports. It is an archival training resource: check the current screens and definitions in your local seller account.
Reports to review in your account:
- Sales performance: Use the applicable order status and reporting period. Reconcile a sample against order and settlement records before treating a dashboard total as net revenue.
- Traffic and conversion: Check which visitors, buyers and channels a report includes. Do not compare rates with different denominators or reporting windows.
- Product performance: Look for products with traffic but few purchases, and review price, availability and listing clarity before choosing an experiment.
- Campaign reporting: Compare campaign periods with an appropriate baseline and account for discounts, advertising costs, cancellations and returns.
Why start here: Your authorized shop records provide a reference for evaluating third-party reports. The training guide’s Live Monitor is a distinct view; do not assume every report updates immediately.
Best fit: Sellers who need to understand their own shop before adding paid reporting or automation.
Practical tip: Save the report’s date range, time zone, order-status filters and export date alongside each download. Reuse the same settings for the next comparison.
2. SELLinALL
Overview: SELLinALL was acquired by Graas, as described in Graas’s company history. Evaluate the current Graas offering rather than assuming the former product’s features or plans remain unchanged. Graas describes its Execute platform as a way to manage marketplace listings, orders and inventory across channels.
Capabilities and checks:
- Inventory workflows: Graas’s current marketplace operations guide describes shared inventory management for Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. Ask how failed updates, channel outages and stock reservations are handled; synchronization does not guarantee zero overselling.
- Order reconciliation: Test whether the current plan exports the statuses, fees, refunds and identifiers your finance workflow needs. Do not infer settlement accuracy from an order dashboard alone.
- Analytics connection: Graas documents an authorized Shopee connection. Confirm the relevant market and requested permissions before connecting a store.
- Catalog changes: Ask for a demonstration using your SKU and variant structure. Check which fields can be updated, which require approval, and how to undo an incorrect change.
Why consider it: Centralized operations may help when the same catalog is sold on several channels. Measure the time saved and the reconciliation effort before deciding whether the added system is worthwhile.
Best fit: Multi-channel teams with a defined inventory or order-management requirement and capacity to validate a connector.
Practical tip: Start with a small authorized test catalog. Compare its stock, order statuses and update timestamps in both systems before expanding automation.
3. Konigle
Overview: Konigle’s current homepage focuses on AI operations, agents and supporting infrastructure. This review has not verified a current Shopee connector, Shopee repricing feature or shop-profitability dashboard. The original article’s Shopee-specific recommendation therefore needs vendor confirmation.
Questions to resolve before considering it for Shopee:
- Connector availability: Request a current demonstration for your Shopee market and account type. A general AI workflow is not evidence of a working marketplace integration.
- Financial inputs: Ask which authorized order, fee, return and cost records a proposed profitability workflow can use, and how missing inputs are reported.
- Change controls: If pricing or inventory automation is proposed, require approval rules, limits, a change log and a rollback method before enabling writes.
- Reporting output: Request a sample export with field definitions and timestamps. Verify the output against a small known set of records.
Current assessment: Keep Konigle as an option to investigate for a specific business workflow, not as a verified Shopee analytics recommendation in this comparison. Lack of verification here does not establish that a feature is unavailable.
Best fit: Only a workflow whose current integration and deliverables the vendor can demonstrate.
Practical tip: Obtain written scope and costs for the demonstrated workflow before relying on it for campaign pricing or inventory decisions.
4. Shopee Analytics (ShopeeAnalytics.com)
Overview: ShopeeAnalytics.com’s Vietnam site advertises free product, shop, keyword and fee-calculation tools. This is a third-party research service, not Shopee Seller Center. Its publisher’s feature descriptions do not independently establish the completeness or accuracy of its data.
Research uses and limits:
- Product research: Check whether a result is observed, estimated or calculated. The original article’s product-count and conversion-rate coverage claims are not substantiated by this review.
- Shop comparisons: Treat competitor revenue or sales figures as research signals unless their methodology establishes otherwise. They are not a substitute for the shop’s private order or settlement records.
- Keyword research: The publisher’s December 2022 keyword guide discusses internet search data. Do not relabel it as exact Shopee search volume or assume every historical feature is still available.
- Market comparisons: Check the country, category, observation period and missing records before drawing conclusions from a trend.
Why consider it: It can provide questions and candidate products to investigate. Verify important decisions against additional observations and your own authorized shop data.
Best fit: Sellers conducting preliminary product or competitor research who can tolerate and evaluate uncertain estimates.
Practical tip: Record the exact query, market, filters and lookup date. Manually inspect a small sample of returned listings before using a ranking to select stock.
5. Zhixia Data Platform
Overview: Zhixia, also called 知虾, is a Shopee research product from Menglar. Its official product page describes product, shop and category analysis and advertises a 24-hour/T+1 update cycle. That is not a promise that every displayed field is real-time.
Capabilities to evaluate:
- Research and browser tools: Menglar’s product overview lists a browser extension alongside its research tools. Check extension permissions, supported marketplace domains and the current plan before installation.
- Price calculation: A calculator can help compare assumptions. Enter current fees, product costs, shipping, discounts and returns; its result is not a guaranteed optimal selling price.
- Access and regional scope: Confirm the current mobile or web access method, interface language, supported country and export options for your team.
- Forecasts and estimates: Ask which metrics are observed and which are modeled, and whether a forecast feature exists in the selected plan. Request definitions and validation evidence rather than assuming predictive accuracy.
Why consider it: Its advertised research coverage may support product discovery and competitor comparisons. Check freshness and coverage before using it for time-sensitive decisions.
Best fit: Research teams that can work with the available market coverage and documented refresh delay.
Practical tip: Keep the observation time with each export and compare repeated samples. A daily dataset cannot establish minute-by-minute stock or price changes.
6. Google Analytics (for Your Own Website)
Overview: Google Analytics 4 measures a website or app where you can implement appropriate measurement. Installing GA4 on your own site does not automatically expose a Shopee store’s checkout activity or sales. Google says ecommerce events require implementation; an authorized source of purchase data is still necessary.
Useful measurement on your own site:
- Acquisition reports: Compare visits to your own landing pages by campaign and channel. Record tagging conventions so equivalent campaigns can be compared consistently.
- Outbound clicks: GA4’s enhanced measurement can record links that leave your domain when configured appropriately. A click to Shopee records that transition, not what the visitor subsequently buys there.
- Explorations and dashboards: Use the events actually collected to investigate landing-page journeys. Clearly label the point at which visibility ends.
- Ecommerce events: Send a purchase event only from a verified successful transaction source with the required context and authorization. UTM parameters or a buy-button click do not create proof of a Shopee purchase.
Why use it: GA4 can explain activity on your own marketing site. Evaluate Shopee shop performance separately unless a documented, validated connection supplies the necessary transaction evidence.
Best fit: Sellers with an owned website or app and a defined measurement plan, appropriate consent controls and implementation support.
Practical tip: Name an outbound event for what it measures, such as a visit to a marketplace listing. Keep it separate from successful leads or purchases when assessing campaign results.
7. PowerSell
Overview: PowerSell’s website presents a multi-channel management platform with inventory and business reporting features. Its public documentation includes older material, so confirm current service availability, supported Shopee markets and plan scope before connecting a store.
Capabilities and checks:
- Channel support: Ask for the current connector list. The original article’s combined Shopee, Facebook and Instagram chat claim has not been verified in this review.
- Inventory synchronization: PowerSell’s FAQ describes SKU, price and inventory updates. Test propagation time, failed-update alerts and reconciliation; the phrase real-time should not be treated as a no-delay guarantee.
- Business reports: Request a sample of the reports you need and check their data definitions against your source records. Do not assume customer-satisfaction or net-profit metrics are included.
- Chat automation: AI-generated responses and a unified inbox are not established by the sources reviewed here. Confirm any required messaging feature in a current demonstration.
Why consider it: Evaluate whether the demonstrated inventory and reporting workflow fits your catalog. Treat older documentation as a starting point for questions, not proof of every current integration.
Best fit: Teams with a verified need for the currently supported multi-channel workflow.
Practical tip: Review requested account permissions and obtain the support process for failed synchronization before using a connector on a live catalog.
How to Choose the Right Shopee Analytics Tool for Your Business
Choose by the decision and data source you need, not the length of a feature list. Use these five checks to narrow the options:
- Budget: Include setup, ongoing subscription, usage limits, exports and staff time. Check current prices directly; do not assume every third-party tool is paid or that free access includes every feature.
- Business scale: A single shop may need only native reporting. A shared catalog across several channels may justify an operations platform if the benefit exceeds its cost and complexity.
- Feature needs: Separate own-shop reporting, competitor research and website measurement. Identify which fields must be authoritative records and which can be estimates.
- Ease of use: Test a task your team actually performs: connect an authorized test account, export a report, reconcile a discrepancy and revoke access. A vendor’s simple interface claim is not a usability test.
- Integration requirements: Verify market coverage, permissions, identifiers, currency, time zone, freshness, export limits and error handling. Agree on acceptance criteria before enabling automated writes.
A Practical Analytics Evaluation Workflow
Use a small, repeatable workflow to evaluate whether an analytics tool improves your decisions. For a checklist of date windows, sales definitions and sample coverage, use our report comparison worksheet:
- Define one question: For example, identify which products receive traffic but few orders. Choose a report whose data actually answers that question.
- Compare like with like: Keep country, SKU or variant, date window, currency and order status consistent. Document gaps instead of silently treating missing observations as zero.
- Reconcile a sample: Compare selected records against authorized source reports. Record discrepancies, update delays and unresolved fields before scaling the workflow.
- Separate clicks from outcomes: Report marketplace outbound clicks, shop orders, completed sales and refunds as different stages. Do not infer an individual purchase from an unrelated traffic total.
- Account for campaigns: Annotate advertising spend, discount periods and stockouts. These changes can affect performance independently of the tool you introduced.
- Test one change at a time: State the hypothesis and measurement window before modifying a listing or workflow. Retain a rollback plan and avoid attributing every increase to the change.
- Review the decision: Record what action the report supported, its cost and the uncertainty that remains. Stop paying for reports that do not inform a useful recurring decision.
For practice reviewing a historical marketplace export, see our October 2024 Vietnam Shopee category dataset and its file-by-file coverage and limitations. This archived sample is not a current-market benchmark or a shop sales report.
Conclusion
The right Shopee analytics workflow starts with the right evidence. Use authorized shop reports for your own sales, evaluate research estimates with their limits, and use GA4 for activity you can actually measure on your own site. These seven names cover different roles and levels of verified current support; they are not seven essential subscriptions.
Start with one business question and a small reconciled sample. Confirm current market support, costs and permissions, then expand only when the workflow proves useful. For planning how to turn shop records into decisions, see our Shopee sales-data guide.
