This download contains four Excel workbooks of Shopee Vietnam product listings: Disposable Diapers, Facial Cleanser, Facial Serum Essence and Beauty Supplements. All populated records carry updateTime of October 21, 2024. It is a historical snapshot of these four exported groups; it is not a current catalog or a complete map of every Shopee Vietnam category.
What is included in the download?

The files contain 2,201 populated listing rows and 990 distinct shop IDs in total. Shop counts in the table overlap across files, so adding them does not produce the combined shop count. Each workbook has one sheet and the same 21 fields. Counts exclude the header and blank rows, including 18 empty rows stored in the Facial Cleanser worksheet.
Fields and checks before analysis
Identity and source: name, url, imageUrl, itemId, shopId, shop_name, brand, country and updateTime. Every populated row records Vietnam and VND. Keep item and shop IDs as identifiers when importing the files.
Prices: currency, price, price_before_discount, discountPercent, price_min, price_max, price_min_before_discount and price_max_before_discount. Preserve these separate fields. Listings can have price ranges; shipping, vouchers and variant-level quantities are not supplied as separate columns.
Sales and ratings: sold, historySold, rating_count and rating. The workbooks do not document the reporting window or precise source definitions of the two sales fields. Do not label either as October sales or multiply it by the current listing price to claim revenue. The export has no order-level transactions.
A full-file check found no repeated (shopId, itemId) pairs within or across these four files. That does not make every row a different product model: sellers can offer the same product under different listing IDs. Brand is blank in 353 rows. Some reference-price and rating values are zero; keep these distinguishable from blanks and investigate their meaning before calculating discounts or rating averages.
A practical way to use this snapshot
For a historical assortment comparison, add the source category and filename to each imported row, retain the original values, and check the shop/item key before combining files. Filter to comparable product types and pack sizes before summarizing prices. Treat missing brand as unknown rather than assigning a brand from the seller name. Report the number of included listings alongside any result.
This is a single dated observation. It cannot establish price movements, growth, market share or consumer preferences by itself. The files contain no sampling-method notes, so their coverage should not be presented as the whole marketplace. Product titles and category folder labels were not independently classified, and the audit did not recheck live product availability or the accuracy of seller claims.
