Explore three historical snapshots of Shopee Thailand’s tape, pants and disposable diaper listings: November 24, 2024; December 17, 2024; and January 31, 2025. The Excel download contains listing prices, seller identifiers, ratings and recorded sales counters in separate monthly worksheets. These are observations on three dates, not a daily history or a complete record of monthly transactions.
What is in the three-month download?
The workbook contains 1,740 rows across 889 distinct shop/item pairs and 225 shop IDs. A listing can appear in more than one snapshot. There are no repeated shop/item pairs within an individual worksheet.
| Snapshot | Rows | Shops | Fields |
|---|---|---|---|
| Nov 24, 2024 | 480 | 139 | 22 |
| Dec 17, 2024 | 720 | 193 | 23 |
| Jan 31, 2025 | 540 | 151 | 23 |
Fields and differences between worksheets
All three worksheets identify the country as Thailand and the currency as THB. Shared fields include category, name, url, imageUrl, currency, updateTime, sold, historySold, price, price_before_discount, discountPercent, the minimum and maximum price fields, rating_count, rating, shop_name, itemId, shopId, brand and country.
December and January add flex_name, which is absent from November. It is blank in 485 December rows and 338 January rows. Brand is blank in 53 November, 62 December and 50 January rows. Keep missing values separate from zero when analyzing these fields.
Normalize the date strings before combining sheets: November uses 11/24/2024, December uses 12/17/2024, and January uses 31/1/2025. The first two are month/day/year; January is day/month/year. Category values also differ: November stores 11046127, while December and January append the category name. Join columns by header name rather than position.
How to compare the snapshots
Use shopId together with itemId to match listings. Keep the snapshot date in the combined record key so that observations from different dates remain distinct. There are 321 shop/item pairs present in all three snapshots. November and December share 395 pairs; December and January share 427; November and January share 350.
For a price comparison, choose the same matched listings and check titles, variants and pack sizes before comparing THB prices. Report how many records match and how many are excluded. The difference between 480 November rows and 540 January rows describes this file’s sample size; it does not establish growth in the whole diaper market.
The file alone does not establish the collection ranking, complete marketplace coverage, the time window behind sold, or whether counters were reset. Do not sum historySold across snapshots or treat price × sold as verified monthly revenue. Snapshot dates are irregular, and a missing listing does not prove that it was removed from Shopee. These historical observations cannot establish current stock or prices.
For a closer look at the November archive, read the November 2024 Thailand disposable diaper dataset guide. It explains variant price ranges, missing reference prices and a conditional price-per-diaper calculation. Confirm the selected size and pack quantity before using a listing price in a comparison.
For a separate later snapshot, see our May 2025 Baby Diapers dataset. Check that download’s market, category and collection date before combining it with this workbook. For a different collection scope or recurring observations, use our Shopee data scraping service.
