This historical download contains product listings from 15 selected Shopee shops across Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore. All records are dated September 20, 2024. The folder contains 15 Excel workbooks, one per shop, with 1,842 listing records in total. Use it to examine the recorded assortment, prices and ratings of those shops on that date.
Verified download coverage
Each country folder contains five shop workbooks. Every workbook has one worksheet and the same 21 fields. There are no repeated country/shop/item keys across the 1,842 records checked.

These are listing-level files from selected sellers, not a directory of every Shopee shop. A row represents a recorded product listing, not a shop, order or transaction. The export does not establish full coverage of each seller’s catalog or of any national marketplace.
Which shops are included?
Vietnam: huggiesofficialstore, kinhdo_official_store, lorealparis_officialstore, sanofi_consumer_healthcare and unilevervn_beauty.
Thailand: huggies_thailand, lorealparis, mondelez_officialstore, sanofi_th and unilever_professional_solution.
Singapore: huggies.sg, lorealparissg, mondelezofficialstore, sanofiofficialstoresg and unileverofficialstore.
These names reproduce the download’s shop-folder labels. Check the recorded shopId and listing URL when identifying a seller; a folder name alone does not verify current ownership or official-store status.
Fields and missing values
The 21 fields cover product name, listing URL, image URL, currency, update date, sold, historySold, price, price before discount, discount percentage, minimum and maximum prices and their before-discount equivalents, rating count, rating, shop name, item ID, shop ID, brand and country.
The brand field is blank in 542 Vietnam records, 258 Thailand records and 571 Singapore records. Treat those blanks as missing information; do not infer a product’s brand from the shop name. A value of zero in a price or counter field also needs interpretation before analysis.
The date string is 9/20/2024 throughout the files. Parse it as September 20, 2024 before combining records with exports that may use a different date format. Preserve country, currency, source filename, shopId and itemId in your working table.
How to use this historical sample
Start by choosing a country and a comparable product group. Check titles, pack sizes and variants before comparing prices, and state how many listings your filters retain. The three currencies must remain separate unless you apply a documented exchange rate and date; adding VND, THB and SGD prices produces no meaningful total.
All rows share one observation date, so this download cannot establish changes over September, current stock, current prices or a monthly sales trend. The files do not document the reporting windows of sold and historySold. Keep them as recorded counters rather than verified September sales, and do not describe price multiplied by a counter as audited revenue.
