This historical archive contains 182 Shopee listings from three stores in Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore. Every row carries an updateTime of September 20, 2024. Use it to practise store-assortment analysis, product classification and pack-price checks; it is not a live catalogue or a complete view of Huggies sales in these markets.

What is in the September 2024 archive?

Market / currency Workbook Listings / shop ID
Vietnam / VND huggiesofficialstore-vietnam.xlsx 83 / 35284879
Thailand / THB huggies_thailand-thailand.xlsx 15 / 14376664
Singapore / SGD huggies.sg-singapore.xlsx 84 / 11342466

Each workbook has one Sheet1 tab and the same 21 fields. The counts above exclude the header; each file has one distinct shop ID and no repeated shop/item pair. The store labels in the source are “Huggies Official Store” for Vietnam and Singapore, and “Huggies Official Shop” for Thailand. These are recorded shop names, not independent verification of brand authorization.

Coverage was checked against the three workbooks linked from this article’s existing download email. The review compared 3,885 cells, including headers. Ten literal None brand values appear as blanks in the alternate text export; the original workbook values were retained. Row dates, rather than file-upload dates, establish the September 20 snapshot.

A field guide for analysis

Field group What to check
name, url, imageUrl, itemId, shopId, shop_name Identify the listing and source store. Keep IDs as identifiers when importing; a listing can contain multiple product variants.
country, currency, updateTime Keep VND, THB and SGD separate. Record the snapshot date before comparing another archive.
price, price_before_discount, discountPercent Recorded price and discount fields. A zero reference price is not a usable basis for calculating a discount.
price_min, price_max, price_min_before_discount, price_max_before_discount Check the range and selected pack or variant before making unit-price comparisons.
sold, historySold Source counters with no verified observation window in these files. Do not relabel them as September orders, revenue or market share.
rating_count, rating, brand Listing-level rating fields and raw brand labels. Missing brand labels need explicit handling; ratings are not a product-quality guarantee.

Quality checks before comparing stores

Check Vietnam Thailand Singapore
Blank brand cells 79 10 38
Literal None brand values 0 2 8
Different minimum and maximum prices 9 6 14
Zero price_before_discount 28 1 16

Across the archive, 127 brand cells are blank and another 10 contain the literal text None. Preserve the raw values and map both cases to an explicit “unknown” category in a separate analysis column. Do not fill every missing brand with Huggies just because of the store name.

The Singapore file demonstrates why this matters: worksheet row 50 is Poise Adult Care Pants M-L 6s (item 19083347291), and row 82 is its six-pack bundle (item 20492312993). These are Poise-labelled adult-care products within the captured store assortment. Classify brand, product type and pack size before calculating a Huggies-only or baby-diaper subset.

Worked example: a conditional price per wipe

Vietnam worksheet row 13 records Thùng 12 gói Khăn ướt Huggies không mùi (80 miếng/gói), shop 35284879 and item 2887819066. Its recorded price is VND 355,000, the reference price is VND 528,000, and both minimum and maximum prices are VND 355,000.

The title states 12 packs of 80 wipes. If that quantity corresponds to the priced variant, 12 × 80 = 960 wipes and VND 355,000 ÷ 960 = approximately VND 369.79 per wipe. Confirm the variant and included quantity before using this as a comparison; shipping, vouchers and checkout adjustments are not established by this calculation.

The reference-price calculation is (528,000 − 355,000) ÷ 528,000 × 100 = approximately 32.77%, consistent with the recorded 33% after rounding. The same row has sold 2,914 and historySold 60,393. Their time windows are not verified, so multiplying either by this snapshot price would not establish September revenue.

What this snapshot can and cannot tell you

Start with separate country worksheets, keep an untouched source copy, and add explicit brand, product-type and pack-size classifications. Match country, shop, item and variant before comparing prices over time. Three store snapshots cannot establish national demand, market share, complete brand coverage or a sales trend; the recorded date also does not prove all stores were collected at the same instant.
